My Philosophy

I believe the second half of life can be one of the most meaningful and expansive chapters.

For the first time at scale, women have built long, successful careers—and are now asking what comes after them.

This isn’t about starting over. You’re arriving with experience, perspective, and a clearer sense of what you no longer want.

And yet, the question becomes: what do I actually want now?

That’s where this work begins.

Why I Do This Work

I remember standing on a stage at a conference in Cancun, receiving an award for sales results.

I was asked to say a few words. I thanked my team, my colleagues—and then something shifted.

I found myself talking about the real impact we have on people’s lives. Not the metrics, but the human side of the work.

It wasn’t planned. But it was true.

That moment stayed with me—and quietly changed the direction of my career.

I’ve spent my career working with leaders as a consultant, trainer, and coach— in complex organizations and often in leadership roles myself.

Over time, I noticed a pattern: highly capable women reaching pivotal moments, but struggling to step into what comes next.

Women who had built meaningful, accomplished identities—yet found it difficult to imagine themselves beyond those roles.

Many had never been given the space to fully consider what they wanted—beyond responsibility and achievement.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

Transitions can be understood and navigated with the right support.

"One of Susan’s many gifts is her high emotional IQ, she has a gift for hearing what is not explicitly said and asks the right questions at the right time."

My Focus

I work with women in the later stages of their careers who are asking what comes next.

I believe this stage is not a diminishment—it’s an opening.

After years of leading, contributing, and caring for others, many women have never been fully invited to center themselves.

My role is to help create that space—and support thoughtful, intentional forward movement.

When women step into lives that feel more aligned, the impact extends beyond them.

My Approach

Choosing a coach is a meaningful decision.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: you already have an internal compass for navigating change—it’s often just buried beneath years of expectation and habit.

My role is to help you access it.

Through thoughtful questions, honest reflection, and practical tools, we move beyond insight into action—testing and discovering what actually fits.

This work is personal. Having the right support matters.
