I believe that the second half of life can be one of the most meaningful and expansive chapters for women.

For the first time in history, a significant percentage of women have built long, successful careers – and are now asking themselves what comes next?

Not how do I get ahead?

But...

What matters enough to give the next chapter of my life to?

Success isn’t the problem. The problem is what once felt meaningful no longer does.

Why I Do This Work

After years in consulting, leadership and executive coaching, I became increasingly fascinated by what happens when successful women begin to question the life they’ve built.

Over time, I noticed some patterns: highly capable women reaching pivotal moments but struggling to step into what comes next. Women who had built meaningful, accomplished identities – yet found it difficult to imagine themselves beyond those roles. Many have never found the space to fully consider what they wanted – beyond responsibility and achievement.
