Susan Mahoney spent her career in sales effectiveness, as a direct enterprise-level seller, sales leader, then as an external consultant for several leading global sales consultancies.
As a consultant, Susan engaged with leadership in enterprise organizations to assess revenue-performance gaps, then provided recommendations for talent, training, coaching, technology, and measurement solutions. Many of these implementations were team based, multi-year global rollouts, and focused on improving sales performance, strategic account management, territory alignment, cross-functional revenue attainment, and leadership adoption. Long-term sustainable improvements were the metric that Susan used to measure success.
Coaching leaders has always been a passion for Susan. When she launched her coaching practice, she decided to focus exclusively on women leaders responsible for revenue attainment as she understands the unique challenges and unique talents that women bring to this role.
